Salty, crunchy, juicy and green! What’s not to love? Some have been so bold as to refer to these as natures potato chip…sea salt is the only flavor they currently come in. Can be enjoyed fresh or stir fried, roasted, or minced into a variety of things including potatoe salad, tuna fish salad (is that a thing?). Actually the possibilities are endless.
